1. Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

  • Order cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within one hour of being placed. After this period, cancellations are not possible. You must wait to receive the item before requesting a return.


2. Return Options

  • Return to Our Warehouse in Asia:

    • Items must be sent back directly to our warehouse.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Full refunds are issued once the item is received and approved by our team.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  2. Our customer service team will provide detailed instructions for sending your item back.


4. Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • The refund may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.


5. Non-Returnable Items
